I've worked with people who play many different sports and I love the specific training which comes with it and the skills transfer to the field of play. I am not here to make you better at passing a football or improve your backhand in tennis, you have skills coaches for that. I am here to do improve your athleticism, make you more robust and ultimately a faster, stronger, more powerful player.
For those who do not need the above option, I also provide bespoke personal training programming for individuals and small groups. This includes everything from strength training, hypertrophy, fat loss, olympic lifting, CrossFit and Hyrox training.
